Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Dashoo → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Dashoo → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated cloud data within 30 days. Local recordings on your device are not affected.
How do I request my data?
Email privacy@dashoo.com with the subject "Data Access Request". We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR/UK GDPR.
The app isn't recording — what do I do?
- Check that camera and microphone permissions are granted in your device settings.
- Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device.
- Restart the app and try again.
- If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us:

- Android: Visit Google Play Subscriptions
